Durham College Student Chapter
APICS Durham Chapter is fortunate to have an incredibly active and vibrant Affiliated Student Chapter (ASC).
Being involved with the ASC gives the Operations Management Student the
opportunity to see how things work outside of the classroom environment.
Students participate, at a discounted rate, in all activities of the
Durham Chapter. Dinner Meetings, Tours and Social Events expose students
to the underpinnings of Operations Management.
The President of the Student Chapter attends monthly Board Of Director meetings and then feeds that information back to their ASC members.
What a great opportunity for students to meet potential employers and
for potential employers to see first hand how the students from the ASC
could help add fresh vision to their companies.
